Delivery, Charged credit card for items that was canceled

I ordered a set of living room chairs since Dec/Jan and I had to cancel the order in June 26 due to not receiving any updates. Checked my credit card system July 14 and notice I was charged for items I did not. I went into the store and was told someone will contact me. I have called several times and still no call back.

Promise my furniture on one day never received it and no one called me to inform me that it was a delay . I am aware of the shipments, so the sale person shouldn't give a date if it's not true. Please make your salesman's more aware of this before we hand you'll our hardworking money. I have been trying to get in contact with someone in corporate but never got an answer, I am not a happy customer at this point and need to speak with someone in Corporate. Very bad service

This is the worst store I have ever seen. I ordered a kitchen island with 6 chairs from Murfreesboro store and the sales person placed an order on a very high kitchen island that reaches my neck when I set on its chairs. They also send the island with 2 chairs instead of 6 chairs. When I called the manager of the store, he refused my complaint against the sales person and he and the sales person made fun of me and they refused to talk to me and they said we can talk to you later. Im not sure what can I do to get the the order that I wanted? I never recommend this store.

Purchased largest tv cabinet made by American Signature Co at Value City Furniture in BALTIMORE MD. THE CABINET WAS DELIVERED WITH A SCRATCH AND A HUGE NICK IN THE LEFT BOTTOM DOOR. A PERSON BY THE NAME "ZAK" CAME IN A AMERICAN SIGNATURE VAN TO REPAIR IT. HE COLORED IN THE SCRATCH BUT COULD" NOT REPAUR THE LEFT GLASS DOOR. HE WAS AT MY HOUSEON 12/15/20 HE WAS GOING BACK TO THE STORE TO ORDER NEW DOOR. IN MARCH I CALLED SPOKE TO JALYN (3/27/21) SHE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE IN BY MAY 12,2021. TODAY I PHONED AGAIN, SPOKE TO Ciara (5/18/21) and she looked up the paper work, it would "NOT" BE TILL JUNE OR JULY. IS THIS HOW YOU PEOPLE DEAL WITH YOUR PROBLEMS! American Signature - Bought a default mattress refusing to give me my money back.
I came in the store to pick a dresser and ended up buying two more mattresses. The mattress where on clearance. I bought one queen and another one. The second mattress upon inspecting it, found out it was deformed. I call the rap who was so apologetic to me and said she would speak to her manager. The manager was not in the store that day. She got back to me via text msg, and I was told I could bring it back and get a refund or pick another mattress. I informed her because of COVID-19 and my job I wasn't going to make that week but would bring it the following week. I even asked if they could come pick it up. Today the mattress was returned. The company is refusing to give me back my money, insisting on a store credit and at one point where refusing to take the mattress back. I don't want a store credit. There is nothing else I want to buy at this point esp from this company. I am asking for them to do the right thing. I was never informed that my purchase was deformed. All I was told was its on clearance.

GO Paid for furniture was given a two weeks out delivery date it came and went then was given a 4 week delivery date and now just received a call that it will not be here in 4 weeks and they added another two weeks to the 4 weeks WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY FURNITURE

I thought that was a long time. Well, got a call today telling me it would be delayed until July 7th. I was in disbelief. I was told it was because of Covid. No compassion shown by the person I spoke with. This is Unacceptable. They are taking our money making interest off of it with no accountability. I have already purchased accessories to go with my furniture and have family visiting from out of state in June and this is a real inconvenience. It's not fair to the consumer. They should not be allowed to debit your account until they know your furniture is out for delivery. I intend to do something about it. If anyone else has experienced the same, Please write a review. This is wrong!

Damaged furniture

DonI bought the sectional in January got it in February and noticed it was damaged, called the store and they sent a technician out who said it couldnt be fixed and needed another one to be ordered. Ive been waiting on a new sectional since February and after 4 different dates it has arrived at the end may. I have been calling since February about the sofa being delivered but to no avail I couldnt talk to a manager, the day of delivery I had to rent a truck on to be told I had to bring the old sofa to get the new one but I wasnt told that the four times I called. I cant write the rest

received a letter in jANUARY 2021, CONCERNING AN OVERPAYMENT FOR FURNITURE PURCHASED IN 2017!!! WAS NOT NOTIFIFIED BEFORE. sIGNED A DOCUMENT TO RELEASE THAT REFUND AND IT WAS NEVER RECEIVED. vENDOR USED HAS PAID IN FULL, AS WELLAS THE FINANCIER.. tHEY SENT THE LETTER TO ME!!! i NOW HAVE OBTAINED THE LAST PAYMENT MADE AND THE REFUND DUE, AND STILL WILL NOT REFUND IT! nO lIVE REPRESENTATIVES FROM cORPORATE HAVE EVER ANSWERED MY CALLS OR EMAILS!!

UnFairness issues

I purchase a king size bed frame on November 2020, I was told it would be delivered 27th of January 2021. I got a call sometime in Jan and was told I would get it on 8 of may.

I payed in full, no finances whatsoever and I was like why do I have to wait for that long?? I decided to ignore them and wait. Got a call on March 4th that I would get it on 10th of March. I was so glad and I was like thank goodness.

She called me again on March 5th about my delivery for 10th. And called me again on Mach 6th that it will be still 12th of March I was ok.

My husband went to get a simple item to be added with the delivery now I got a call again and was told the item my husband got will be delivered for 12th of March and my bed frame will be sent till may 22nd! I was like what are you guys doing? I waited for this bed frame for months now and you are telling me this ???

This American signature at camp creek is who I went to buy this item from and they are been so unfair and are lying to me! How can you be so cruel? How come its not in the States yet and you kept calling me that it would be delivered no. Stop on March 10th?

And now may22nd! Disturbing me with Their calls? I think because they know am African and feel like I can be cheated or tossed aside!!! Well nope!

Just because Im Patient doesnt mean Im stupid! Ill get a lawyer and get my money back. They are now r worth your penny at all!!

I literally got most tired f my furniture form them and always paid in folly for this?? This is ridiculous!!!

Anything that could go wrong did from delivery of two different colors of the Happy Leather Set to Chairs with wrong arms, broken chairs now malfunction of new chair which they refuse to replace but send a serviceman out to repair mid March 2021. No-one will call me back from HQ or Retail Store, BBB already has it's share of complaints on this company. I wish I'd checked there before stepping foot into that store. I need help with this!!

Damaged Products

Hello! Im reaching out because I received a reclining couch from the American Signature store on Camp Creek in Atlanta, Ga. I got the couch in December and in December the buttons for the recliner disappeared into the couch. I contacted the store on getting it fixed and its March and the problem hasnt been resolved. Im being charged full price for a not fully functioning piece of equipment that I received. Ive reached out to the store on numerous occasions and have gotten nothing but the run around. I cant swap out the couch until it gets fixed. At this point I dont know what to do. Im reaching out for assistance in getting this matter resolved. THANKS!

Run away and go elsewhere !

I bought a "leather" sofa, loveseat, and recliner, plus a kitchen table with 4 matching chairs on 6/9/16 from American Signature Furniture in Sunrise, FL. We added the 5 year Pure Promise warranty as insisted by the assistant sales manager, Raheem Randolph.

We noticed some cracks and tears in the fabric and the wooden frame was damaged somehow so the back is crooked. I contacted the warranty company as soon as we noticed the damage and they sent a technician. I kept the warranty contract, receipt, and business card in case something happened. The contract specifically says "accidental rips or tears".

I told the technician it looks like one of the kids dragged something over the couch and caused the damage. I also showed him the frame damage. After he left we received an email stating (what a surprise) that the damage was normal wear and tear and would not be covered. I asked about the "structure failure" on the frame that obviously is covered, but was told that I had to file a separate claim for that.

None of the links in the email work to do that. The store was unresponsive and unhelpful. The kitchen set was falling apart, but we fixed it ourselves, except for the discoloring. NEVER buy furniture from these 2 companies and NEVER buy a warranty that they have no intention of honoring.

I have now read through about 50 of these same kind of complaints and it appears to be begging for a class action lawsuit as almost everyone had the same issues and experiences.

I thought if I kept on reading, I'd eventually find 1 satisfied customer. NOPE...

Bought furniture 11/27/20 have not received furniture

I bought furniture in November 2020 here it is almost April 2021, and I have got a phone call a discount a apology or anything. On February 21 I was told to come pick something else, and I did which gave me a delivery date of March 23 now to day is the day no call to tell me time of delivery I had to call the store for the employee to tell me it's not coming until August very upset right now
