UnFairness issues
I purchase a king size bed frame on November 2020, I was told it would be delivered 27th of January 2021. I got a call sometime in Jan and was told I would get it on 8 of may.
I payed in full, no finances whatsoever and I was like why do I have to wait for that long?? I decided to ignore them and wait. Got a call on March 4th that I would get it on 10th of March. I was so glad and I was like thank goodness.
She called me again on March 5th about my delivery for 10th. And called me again on Mach 6th that it will be still 12th of March I was ok.
My husband went to get a simple item to be added with the delivery now I got a call again and was told the item my husband got will be delivered for 12th of March and my bed frame will be sent till may 22nd! I was like what are you guys doing? I waited for this bed frame for months now and you are telling me this ???
This American signature at camp creek is who I went to buy this item from and they are been so unfair and are lying to me! How can you be so cruel? How come its not in the States yet and you kept calling me that it would be delivered no. Stop on March 10th?
And now may22nd! Disturbing me with Their calls? I think because they know am African and feel like I can be cheated or tossed aside!!! Well nope!
Just because Im Patient doesnt mean Im stupid! Ill get a lawyer and get my money back. They are now r worth your penny at all!!
I literally got most tired f my furniture form them and always paid in folly for this?? This is ridiculous!!!

I bought a "leather" sofa, loveseat, and recliner, plus a kitchen table with 4 matching chairs on 6/9/16 from American Signature Furniture in Sunrise, FL. We added the 5 year Pure Promise warranty as insisted by the assistant sales manager, Raheem Randolph.
We noticed some cracks and tears in the fabric and the wooden frame was damaged somehow so the back is crooked. I contacted the warranty company as soon as we noticed the damage and they sent a technician. I kept the warranty contract, receipt, and business card in case something happened. The contract specifically says "accidental rips or tears".
I told the technician it looks like one of the kids dragged something over the couch and caused the damage. I also showed him the frame damage. After he left we received an email stating (what a surprise) that the damage was normal wear and tear and would not be covered. I asked about the "structure failure" on the frame that obviously is covered, but was told that I had to file a separate claim for that.
None of the links in the email work to do that. The store was unresponsive and unhelpful. The kitchen set was falling apart, but we fixed it ourselves, except for the discoloring. NEVER buy furniture from these 2 companies and NEVER buy a warranty that they have no intention of honoring.
I have now read through about 50 of these same kind of complaints and it appears to be begging for a class action lawsuit as almost everyone had the same issues and experiences.
I thought if I kept on reading, I'd eventually find 1 satisfied customer. NOPE...
