I ordered my bed on Oct. 27 2017.

I was told it takes 2 months to manufacture and would be delivered December 27. December 26 they call and tell me there is a problem at the manufacturers and the bed is back ordered and next delivery is Feb 9. Beginning of February they inform me again that next date is March 7th. And if I wanted 20 % off another bed, they would do that for me!

HA! I've waited this long so I'll just wait some more. March 3 they call to confirm delivery! Yay, right?!

NO! Today March 7, they say someone tried to call me yesterday to tell me bed had a new tentative date of March 22,,,but the phone call did not go through. Mind you, no one left a voicemail so I was not aware.

No one tried to even call me back yesterday. They are playing games with me and now I'm VERY pissed!

Product or Service Mentioned: American Signature Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $814.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Delivery is completely unreliable playing games with me.
