My wife and I paid over two thousand dollars for a leather sofa and TWO reclining chairs. We have a warranty that we were told covered any issues from top to bottom within a five year period.

Our chairs are starting to peel apart and we called the warranty company but they told us the leather peeling issue on the seating area, the arm rests and the head rest area was EXCLUDED from the warranty! WTF exactly was covered then? The underneath of the chair?? This is wrong that they wont stand behind their product and I am reading about lots of other people who have had the same exact issue with their Am.

I didn't like: Furniture is falling apart, Company is not honoring their warranty, Cheap quality furniture.
