POOR SERVICE / RUN FROM THIS COMPANY

PURCHASED A $600 LINEAR MIRROR W/ASF MIRROR WAS ON BACK ORDER WHEN IT COMES IN THEY PLACE MY MIRROR ON THE FLOOR ENDED UP SELLING MY PAID FOR MIRROR AND I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 MONTHS FOR ONE TO COME IN.... THEN SILLY ME PURCHASED A $2000 SECTIONAL W/ASF AND WAS ADVISED THAT MY MIRROR AND SECTIONAL WOULD BE DELIVIERED TO ME MONTHS LATER RECEIVED A CALL THAT NO THAT AN HOUR DRIVE IS TO FAR FOR THEM TO COME, SO I ADVISED ASF OF THE DATE AND TIME THAT I WILL BE AT THE STORE TO PICK UP MY ORDER , I CONFIRMED THURSDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAY THAT MY ORDER WAS READY! I RENTS A UHAUL TO GO PICK UP MY ORDER AND THEY ADVISED THAT MY ORDER WAS NOT THERE AFTER 45 MINUTES OF SEARCHING THE SECTIONAL WAS THERE BUT NO MIRROR ONCE AGAIN THE MANAGER (KAY REAM) HAD PULL MY TICKET AND PLACED THE MIRROR ON THE FLOOR TO SELL WELL THE MIRROR HAD A CRACK IN IT SO ONCE AGAIN I HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS OR MONTHS FOR MY MIRROR . I LOST OVER $150 RENTING A UHAUL ALSO ALL THE CLAMPS WERE NOT WITH MY SECTIONAL TO CLAMP MY CUSHISON IN PLACE I CANT NOT REACH ANYONE TO CORRECT THESE ISSUES..... THIS ATLANTIC BLVD JACKSONVILLE FL LOCATION IS THE WORSE.... COULD SOME ONE PLEASE PROVIDE A CONTACT PERSON THAT WILL DO SOMETHING TO HELP ME CORRECT THESE ISSUES....

Very uncomfortable sofa

Bought a leather recliner sofa less than two years ago and it is so uncomfortable! When you sit in it in the store it feels great but as the months go on, it begins to majorly sag. It is ridiculous, we are now using lumbar pillows for our back, an extra seat cushion so we don't drop too low in the seat and the leg rest does not come up very high so we have to put a pillow under our knees! We have not contacted American Signature because we already went a round or two with them about some mattress issues (selling us one thing but delivering something different). So right now I don't have the energy to deal with this sofa issue. My suggestion--go with a well known brand, like Laz-e-Boy. That's what we will be doing next time. We have purchased multiple recllners from them throughout the years and have always been pleased.

DO NOT shop here or any other location. They lie and frankly do not give a damn. We bought over $11K worth of furniture on 11/24. We were planning closing our new house 12/20 so we told them that was tentative delivery date. They did not mention that they don't sell their own rugs but only ship third party. So we got an email saying part of our furniture shipped. We had to call to see what shipped as our house was not ready and only construction workers would be there. We tried to get them to stop shipment or change to our current living address. The customer service manager at the store told us to "DEAL WITH IT". Exact words. It is out of their hands. Really? You shipped something when you were not supposed to and without asking and told us to deal with it? I called UPS but they said only the sender can change address. I can't call the sender because it is secret since it is American Signature's third party seller. After all that was settled they finally delivered our furniture later than scheduled BUT neglected to tell us some items were on back order. OK we bought and paid for, not financed, all our furniture over a month before delivery and it is out of stock. So you don't actually keep people's furniture when they pay for it? And it's not a week or two out of stock, try 4 months!!! On top of that, NO ONE called to tell us, we only found out from the delivery guys. On delivery, 3 items were damaged. Yes their brand new furniture arrives damaged ALL the time. Not one, not two, but 3 separate pieces. And guess what, all 3 pieces were out of stock so we have to wait another 2 1/2 months. So our furniture arrives in waves, again NO ONE told us. You pay for all at once, you expect to get all at once. Nope, we are on our 7th scheduled delivery because they constantly call the night before and say that our supposedly delivery will be delayed because it is out of stock. Again, not once, not twice, not three times, but 7 times!!! And 3 more items came in damaged. One nightstand is on it's third replacement! So we have to keep taking time off work, sit and wait for their 2-4hr time frame only to have damaged furniture or cancelled or no shows! They don't care about your time, only their pocket books! So we are living in our house, out of boxes because we only got 70% of our furniture so far. Yes I have contact corporate, they don't care and will ignore you. I wrote about my experience on their Facebook page, they removed it and blocked me. Think again if you want to shop with this company. Read the reviews, read the BBB rating and reviews. DO NOT shop with this business or it's parent company Value City!!!

American Signature in Morrow, Ga and Camp Creek are beyond terrible!!!!! We purchased furniture in early March and received part of it. The chest was damaged so we had to wait for someone to inspect it before it could be repaired replaced. It took Angela over two weeks to return my call to schedule this appointment. The couch was scheduled for delivery on March 30. I never received a phone call so I called and was told it was pushed back to April 16. This date would have been 30days later. I refused that date and was given a date of April 4 for my couch. When I call to get an update on the driver’s location I was told my couch was not on the truck. It was scheduled to be delivered with the chest. *** no!!! I want my couch I have waited long enough. American Signature employees are rude and unprofessional. I was told that the warehouse manager (Jason) is the one changing date. He has no consideration for customer. There is no communication of the changes. I am done shopping at American Signature!!!! Buyers beware!!!!

I visited American Signature Furniture in February of 2018. I was there to purchase a whole bedroom set for my new house. The room I wanted to purchase costed around 7000 dollars set to finance over 24 months with no interest. I was supposed to receive this room 5 months later, but they contacted me 3 months later stating that they only had the model piece of my set left and they agreed to give it to me at a discounted price. Keep in mind that I already signed the contract to pay over 24 months with no interest. I then receive the bill saying that the interest will start after 12 months not 24 months. We then contacted the bank first and they said that they "couldn't do anything about it" even though I had already signed the contract saying that I will be financing these payments over 24 months with no interest. Due to the discount that American Signature Furniture provided me BECAUSE of their mistake of making a deal with a customer when they didn't even have the product ready at hand. Now I am being stuck with paying 4000 dollars due to the mistake caused by American Signature Furniture and also the lack of customer support by Synchrony Bank.

She even told the stockroom guys I was acting mean because nobody said thankyou or ask me about tie down ny mattress on my truck. I dont want to shop here anymore and I will tell my friends the same

In Oct 2016 I purchased a sofa from VCF, by and within a couple of weeks the fumes from the polyurethane foam started to make sick. Polyurethane foam contains 61 toxic chemicals which emit fumes into the air.

I contacted the store, and on 11/23/16 the store picked up the couch, and according to Ashley Hunter of American Signature, she would assist me in obtaining my refund.

As of today I still have not rec’d my refund and have referred American Signature to a collection agency.

In addition at the time of my purchase American Signature was not licensed to sell furniture in VA.

I have also contacted my credit card company (discover) for assistance. They have not been of any help

My wife and I paid over two thousand dollars for a leather sofa and TWO reclining chairs. We have a warranty that we were told covered any issues from top to bottom within a five year period.

Our chairs are starting to peel apart and we called the warranty company but they told us the leather peeling issue on the seating area, the arm rests and the head rest area was EXCLUDED from the warranty! WTF exactly was covered then? The underneath of the chair?? This is wrong that they wont stand behind their product and I am reading about lots of other people who have had the same exact issue with their Am.

We've recently purchase a living set from the Altamonte Store. We went to the store to get a 3 peace living set and the sales person helped us the entire time to go over different options, always based on 3 peaces. After looking at different styles we decided to go over our budget and select a set that was a little more expensive. Throughout the sale, at no point we discussed 2 peaces and the sales person showed us the 3 peaces that we were going to get, they use their tablet to show items not in store and for us to view the items we were selecting. We get the receipt that says 3 items and left, coming to find out the day of delivery that it's only a 2 peace set and that one of the items is the warranty. The sales person was completely misleading the sale knowing that we wanted 3 peaces and that at no point we talked about 2 items. After calling to discuss and complaint about this situation, they basically take no responsibility (just a sorry for the misunderstanding) and that I can still purchase the other peace. Be careful when you purchase here and make sure to verify multiple times what you are getting..... Now, weeks after dealing with this crooks and after returning the merchandise, they are not fully refunding our money stating lies and delivery charges, they are not only misleading their sales, but also thief's .

I ordered my bed on Oct. 27 2017. I was told it takes 2 months to manufacture and would be delivered December 27. December 26 they call and tell me there is a problem at the manufacturers and the bed is back ordered and next delivery is Feb 9. Beginning of February they inform me again that next date is March 7th. And if I wanted 20 % off another bed, they would do that for me! HA! I've waited this long so I'll just wait some more. March 3 they call to confirm delivery! Yay, right?! NO! Today March 7, they say someone tried to call me yesterday to tell me bed had a new tentative date of March 22,,,but the phone call did not go through. Mind you, no one left a voicemail so I was not aware. No one tried to even call me back yesterday. They are playing games with me and now I'm VERY pissed!

Wow! I wish I would have read all the horrible reviews before I purchased the furniture. I've had a NIGHTMARE of a time trying to get my furniture delivered to me. The customer service is horrible. I was supposed to get my delivery February 20th and still haven't received it. They have cancelled on me three times thus far without calling or notifying me. I've wasted days waiting around for a delivery truck that never showed up. When I try to speak to someone about it they just transfer me to a "manager" but no one picks up. Eventually dropping the call. When I call back no one picks up or places me on hold before I can even say anything. American Signature Furniture, you guys are absolutely horrible. Probably the worst out there. Everyone, please get your furniture anywhere else. You can find the same furniture in other furniture stores. Save yourself the hassle and headache.

We purchased a sleeper sofa sectional. We used the pull out bed twice. In just about a year, the bracket holding one side of the bed broke. So now, not only is the pull out bed useless, the sofa it self is. You sink in while sitting. They refuse to try to fix this, something that is NOT normal wear and tear. They no longer sell this *** sofa. They do not stand behind their products. I called customer service and they claim their hands are tied. That is ridiculous. My "one year" warrantee was up maybe 45 days ago. I will never, ever buy anything from this company again. I would highly recommend you stay away!

About 6 years ago I bought a 2 piece sofa set with recliners on both ends of both pieces. Shortly after the warranty period the recliner cable releases started breaking off. I was able to purchase replacements from them and install them myself. Now I called and they don't offer ANY replacement parts. Also, one recliner frame broke and they don't repair them. The repair company they referred me to was unable to repair it. The repairman came back twice and finally gave up and didn't charge me. Now two of the four recliners are not usable. Poor quality and no customer support. I will never shop there again.

I purchased my furniture from AMERICAN SIGNATURE and paid for insurance. They stated that whatever happens to my sofa, in this case, sectional, they will cover it; rips, stains, peeling, etc., so far my second claim to unitersna and they denied it.

My sectional is peeling completely. AMERICAN SIGNATURE'S furniture is NOT a good quality and this insurance is the biggest scam. After American Signature reps convince you how awesome it is to have this insurance, you get it and you WILL not get anything. Money lost!

I am adding my review here to let everyone know about this. Do not trust them because you will get screwed.
