The delivery part of our service has been horrific. Mid- December they delivered furniture that was banged up and a door didn't open and on top of it all they delivered the wrong model to our house.
Needless to say we rejected the delivery. The second delivery was scheduled for 12/27 and they canceled on us. They rescheduled it for 1/16 since my husband was out of town until then. In between these two deliveries it was suggested the furniture should be delivered in the box so that it wouldn't arrive scratched.
Then we received a call from the warehouse manager to tell us he didn't have the time to call 20 to 30 times to make sure we got the right model! Then on 1/16 although we paid for a five star delivery service the delivery men said we were only getting threshold delivery. They wouldn't take the furniture upstairs and they wouldn't build the furniture. They then rescheduled for 1/25 however we had not received any confirming calls thru today.
We called today and they said they scheduled the delivery (unilaterally) for 1/31!
Unbelievable. Horrific experience.

This Company is a SCAM!!! Purchased a 3 piece sectional mid August and was told it was in stock and would be delivered on Sept.
27th (WAS NEVER TOLD THIS IS A TENTATIVE DATE!). They called a few days before to let us know it would be another week, Oct. 4th (AGAIN never told tentative). On October 4th, no call so we called them!
The sectional was then NOT available until NOVEMBER 21st!?!? November 21st, no call again, they say its not available till Dec. 11th... We get a call a few days before, it's now Dec.
22nd. Got a call two days ago to confirm delivery... Got a call today to inform us the sectional has a new TENTATIVE delivery of Dec. 30th!?!?!
This company is a SCAM!
They will take your money and do not deliver (LITERALLY).
The customer service is a ZERO! They are annoyed and have an attitude the minute they answer the phone. When you tell them this they will let you know that they're not raising their voice. You don't have to yell to have attitude...
The won't let you finish your sentence and will interrupt when they see fit. When you get upset over this, they'll let you know that raising your voice is not an adult conversation. Neither is constantly interrupting me and not letting me ask a question just to repeat yourself for the 100th time. FOUR months and no end in site.
You pay them to be the liaison between you and manufacturer, but they do NOTHING.
They tell you that "that's not how it works" or "that's our company policy" for every question or statement you have. If you cant even tell me if my furniture has been made, you aren't doing what I'm literally paying you to do!
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Is unreliable delivery and poor quality furniture
We bought 2 living rooms, dining room and office from these folks a little over a year ago. We had been saving for years and we were really excited.
With in one hour chair had chipped the front of the desk. The furniture is made from some kind of resin that chips very easily and then the underneath color is white, so if you have a brown piece of furniture you now have a brown piece of furniture with white knicks all over it. The white resin is non-porous and you cannot cover it with polish or stain it, must have opaque paint or some other resin put over it.They did come out and fix it. Before the year was even over, the couch had developed really hard scratchy pills all over the material.
They came out, and they are going to replace it. We were so happy that we bought a second power sectional. We normally paid cash but we decided to finance this time just in case there was a problem. That was 3 months ago, no furniture and we are still making payments.
They keep offering to deliver 2 sectionals piecemeal so we have portions of sectionals. To sit on. That is infuriating. We have only used our dining room table 4 times since we purchased it, this Christmas we had dinner on it and after I cleared the table there were indelible rings left from a bottle of vinaigrette dressing.
Apparently the dining room table is made of resin on the bottom but there's some kind of paper on top and something in the dressing discolored the paper so now I have 2 and a half rings showing on my tabletop. We spent all of this money on new furniture and it looks just as bad as the other furniture we had but that furniture took 20 years to deteriorate and a bunch of kids versus this with an empty nest or couple that doesn't destroy furniture. Is very disappointing. The furniture looks pretty but It is Amazon special level at best.
The prices are high for the quality of product. The only bright spot of the whole situation is our salesman, Phil, he's at the Jacksonville Florida location on Atlantic boulevard.

As with so many other reviews, terrible customers service, ever changing delivery dates, very difficult to cancel unfulfilled orders. Ordered a 9 piece dining set in May.
Table arrived in June, and 6 chairs in July. We were told remaining 2 chairs would be delivered in September. In Sept. we're told it will be Oct.
From Oct through Dec made 5-6 calls, each time told they would check and call us back. Never got a call back. In Dec. we email the corporate office and after some back and forth we're the chairs will be in stock end of Feb, but they can't guarantee we're head of the line to actually get them.
When we asked for a cancellation of the order the corporate office agreed to collect the 7 pieces already delivered and issue a refund. The store then calls to say they will not honor that and we've had the furniture "too long". Apparently there's a 7-day return policy that starts from the initial delivery rather than the final delivery, which makes zero sense. I then get another email from corporate office verifying they've agreed to refund and pick up their goods.
Then the corporate office calls to say they changed their mind and will not issue a refund. After hours of phone calls and emails they did finally agree to the refund - but only because the credit card we had used was already disputing the charge with them for failure to deliver and because I threatened legal action.
Don't let these clowns bully you, if you haven't received the goods you paid for, they are the ones in breach. Absolute joke to deal with.

We have been promised delivery on our paid purchase since October
Every few days the date changes
We have agreed to compromise with Anna the store manager only to be totally let down within days
On the day that they took about 6000 dollars from us in August early October was accepted
Now we have an estimated date for February
If we had been told at the beginning that delays were possible we may have agreed or at least had the option to look elsewhere
This is not acceptable behavior from this store
Once again I am waiting for a promised call that always doesnt come

My husband and I recently purchased a new home. In our quest to find quality furniture at a reasonable price point, we were drawn to American Signature Furniture with design styles that matched our preference.
We purchased several furniture pieces for our new home including the Winston sectional which we purchased in May of 2021. We finally received our new couch some time in September. Within one week we heard a large crack as we were sitting on the couch watching a movie. I dismissed it thinking maybe the wood was settling as we have hardwood floors.
Since that initial crack that we heard, I noticed we began to sink down lower and lower while sitting on that specific area of the sectional as time went on. Maybe one or two months later in January, we heard another loud crack as we were sitting down and I knew that a brand new couch should not make these kinds of noises consistently. In under 4 months I was calling back to the store we purchased from in Alpharetta, GA asking for a tech to come out to look deeper into the quality and reasons for the sounds. Long story short the couch was completely damaged and the wood was cracked in (2) different places on the main support.
I spoke to the store manager at the Alpharetta, GA location, Rosie and was highly offended to say the least.
Rosie was dismissive and felt as if her replacing the damaged portions of the couch was good enough. Replacing the damaged pieces is the expectation. Now lets talk about the inconvenience of this dreadful process. Lets talk about how time consuming and how the last thing new home owners should be concerned with is replacing a new couch in which they JUST received under 4 MONTHS AGO.
Lets discuss family members coming over to visit before the damaged portions of the couch are replaced and our family having to tip toe per say, around our new home and pay special attention to not sit on a damaged area of the couch to avoid embarrassment or even a possible accident.
I stated to Rosie that based off of the significant damage, the condition of the couch could have been compromised prior to being delivered to our home. She stated there was no way possible and that the furniture pieces are thoroughly examined. That may be the policy, but if she was not present during the alleged examination then she probably shouldnt make those statements as if they happened for sure. To suggest that a member of my family caused this damage is an erroneous assumption.
To suggest we caused the damage is laughable!
My husband and I plan to continue furnishing our new home with a company that offers quality furniture and in the event a ball is dropped, the company should be eager to take care of their customers. As a card holder, we have paid over $1K for this couch which is far more than what its worth being that it needs to be replaced in under 4 months. I would like the remaining balance of the couch to be waived and a credit of $590.60 be placed on our account for the inconvenience we have faced and are still facing until months from now when we will receive our replacement pieces. Rosie offered free delivery on our next purchase which was ludicrous, being that my issue is with our current purchase.
There will not be a future purchase. I would rather not close our account and take our business elsewhere, unless this company decides that taking care of their customers is not a priority.

The exact thing is happening to me now! I bought living room set on July 17th, 2023.
I took a day off of work the day they were supposed to be delivered (September 22nd,2023)just to be informed that they will not be here until November 30th, after the Thanksgiving that we will have families coming to our house for the break and bought the furniture for that reason.
It means it will took 5 months for delivery! This is ridiculously unacceptable and I’m so pissed!
