I've purchased about $5000 worth of furniture from American Signature furniture. After 4 years... I have to say... the furniture is surely of poor quality. Not worth what they charge. They shouldve kept their Value city name - kept the value city prices. And I fell for the STAINSAFE warranty - and that was like throwing away $300 down the drain. STAINSAFE is a company of con-artists and for selling us such $*(%& warranty - american signature furniture (their real name: Value City) is a pos company. I am on a mission to stop anyone and everyone from purchasing Stainsafe warranty. Whatever you do - do NOT but Stainsafe or any other #%$( warranty American Signature offers.
