I bought a 2 piece sectional from this company a few weeks back. On my pickup date, I get there to find out one of my pieces came damaged. Nobody in the store thought to call me before I rented a U-Haul and drove to the other side of town to make sure I made it in time before the store closed. I have purchased more furniture from American Signature than any other brand. I have never had a problem with any item. But then again I am single and live alone. But even when my child was young or my grandchild they used furniture responsibly and toys as toys. There is no product that will not get a bad review. But to have furniture used eight or even two years of everyday use without a problem... Read more

Purchased bedroom set that arrived damaged. Asf came to fix broken drawer but didnt have parts. Never saw them again. Disputed charge on credit-card and they finally noticed. Store gave me 500 credit for the damage. It took awhile but they were finally responsive. Add comment

I purchased a counter height 4 piece dinette set from the Cheltenham store which is closing. One of the chairs could not be put together. They ordered another chair but I have to pick it up from another store which is a incovience to me .This is not good coustomer service. They could have offered me a chair from the sample in the store. Seing that they are closing anyway. Not a happy customer!!! Add comment

Stonecrest location in Lithonia GA sucks. I went in to purchase a dresser and I did. Set up my delivery for 6 p.m. Friday and get a called Wed. around 1:30 p.m. saying they can't deliver and asked if I could get off work early and have someone with a pick up truck pick it up. ***, what kind of customer service is this.
